In order to expedite the process of administrative services and the follow-up of the proceedings, the Association Sylvio Torres Filho & Advogados Associados is equipped with cutting edge devices, including a computer network fully interlinked in real time with all the Brazilian Courts, including the Superior Court of Justice, Superior Labor Court and Federal Supreme Court, Department of foreigner of the Ministry of Justice, Central Bank of Brazil, and other government and non-government organizations, by means of a broad-band Internet connection.

Especially with the purpose of providing convenience to its clients, the Association makes the updated report of all actions sponsored and/or monitored by members of the Association of Attorneys Sylvio Torres Filho & Advogados Associados in the website www.stfadvogados.com.br, by means of its exclusive follow-up system and proceedings update feature, whose updating in the server occurs, in average, once a day, in addition to indicating links for reference of the main courts and public agencies/authorities.

The customer is able to directly verify information about proceedings, by receiving an individual password to Access only his own proceedings, thus keeping the confidentiality of the other customers, and making it easier for the stakeholders to follow-up all acts practiced in the process. Hence, in addition to its own office, the Association counts on advances IT equipments and uses the most complete process managing systems, and on associated/authorized attorneys in each Brazilian state and in the Federal District so that, under a partnership ruling, it allows its customers to defend his interests in the entire national territory, and also in some South American, American and European countries, all that gathered in a complete library with several legal works registered for immediate access, furthermore comprising the entire federal legislation of Brazil since the 50’s and up to date, as well as the judgments of the Superior Court of Justice, Federal Supreme Court, Federal Regional Courts, São Paulo Court of Justice, etc.
